Doug is also counsel in a lawsuit seeing class action certification against Chrysler based on claims for relief that Chrysler engaged in a pattern of lemon laundering or reselling lemons without proper disclosures to consumers.

Doug grew up in Greenville, South Carolina in a family of lawyers. Doug's father was a trial lawyer in Greenville, South Carolina. Doug has a brother and sister who are lawyers.
